James has lived and breathed the internet for the past 15 years. Having started off as a commercial designer in Bristol, James quickly found himself recruited by Withy King Solicitors to single handedly build a web presence for the law firm. Having built a solution that contributed towards 20% of the companies turnover, James went on to design, develop and build a unique flash based video conferencing solution that enabled all offices to interact, saving the company £80,000 on petrol and lost fees.

An obvious choice, James started James Burfield Consultancy in late 2006 on his own, which has quickly grown to Burfield Creative and a client base of 150.

James has a passion for Motocross, Tottenham Hotspur and travelling.

Jon spent 4 years studying design at Leicester University and quickly set about making his mark in the commercial design industry. Quickly finding his feet and looking for the next opportunity to progress.

Jon linked up with James at Withy King in 2005 helping to design and re-brand the website. In March 2008 Jon joined Burfield Creative and turned his back on the corporate life, concentrating full time helping James develop the business and extend his graphic skill set.

Jon has been active in Judo since he was 9, Jon has now extended this to MMA (mixed martial arts), Brazilian Ju Jitsu, Boxing and helps coach on Thursday and Saturdays at Bath and Midsomer Norton Judo Clubs.

Caroline is the Accounts Director for Burfield Creative. Caroline's assistance is invaluable and allows James and Jon to concentrate on what they do best. When Caroline isn't working on Burfield Creative accounts and invoices, she is busy being Managing Director of Carewatch Bath www.carewatchbath.co.uk.

Caroline has an Honours Degree in Psychology and Sociology and has completed many NVQ courses over the past 8 years. Caroline is a member of the ILM (Institute of Learning & Management).

Laura started at Burfield Creative in March 2011 as Studio Manager, bringing a wealth of customer service experience. Laura's natural organisation skills have helped structure the way Burfield Creative work each day, making sure client's needs are met and work is scheduled and completed on time.

Naturally enthusiastic and bubbly, Laura assists clients with enquiries, support, and has also started learning HTML, MODX and Search Engine Optimisation in order to assist the team, as well as expand her already growing skill base. Laura has become an indispensable member of the team.

Laura loves anything pink, baking, taking photos & shoes.

Kimberley has an honours degree in Design & Photography. Whilst she was studying, Kimberley approached us a few times regarding vacancies at Burfield creative, so when a design position did arise, we invited her to apply.

Kimberley successfully joined Burfield Creative in April 2011 as a designer, where her determination and hunger, along with her natural creative flair, has made her a client favourite already.

Kimberley enjoys getting her hands dirty with a little code, regularly converts PSD to XHTML, and helps with 'wire-framing' and client site structure.

Kimberley has a passion for photography, shoes, travel & cooking. She is also quite partial to the colour orange!
